Krystal Paulin is the Fiscal Manager for the Haitian Women’s Collective. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and more than 15 years of experience across nonprofit finance, auditing, grant management, and organizational capacity building, she brings a holistic and accountability-centered approach to resource stewardship.
Her professional background includes eight years as an auditor specializing in A-133/single audits and fiscal compliance reviews, followed by nearly eight years as a regional grants manager for a national education nonprofit. She now consults with mission-driven organizations, supporting financial systems development, CRM implementation, and compliance infrastructure.
In addition to her fiscal management work, Krystal is a coach for women entrepreneurs, helping early-stage founders build sustainable business practices and strengthen their financial confidence. She also serves as the volunteer Treasurer of her local library board, where she oversees budgeting and QuickBooks administration.
Across all her work, Krystal is committed to strengthening feminist, community-led organizations through transparent financial management and capacity building.
